NO Connectivity & Bad service provide

It feels very sad to have Net service of Hathway.

I m facing the problem of NO CONNECTIVITY @ ma residence from last 1 week, I launched compliants thrice, called customer care on 67134690 got replied of sendiong theier engineer @ ma place to resolve the issue. Till yet their is no Positive feedback nor any of their Engineer visited ma place update the things.

Hathway is not having a single penny of Customer service OR I can say it is not having any type of customer service.

I will recommend the new user who are planning to take Internet service @ their home place OR for commercial use then pls try AVOID USING INTERNET SERVICE OF HATHWAY.
