Hathway Sucks again today 31 Jan...

I was keep calling Customer care from 11:15 and I got connected at 11:45.

When I spoke to ALI customer rep. He told me that is displays I am connected... This is the responce I get every day. and it is the third time I am speaking to Ali and he got habituated to say the same thing again and again... that is..."Singal strength is good and it displays you are connected to internet".

When I asked him to handover the call to senior member, he says from 11pm-7am shift no Inchare is available... this indicates how big is the hathway providers and how good they can serve.
