Set top box not working properly

I had take hathway cable tv set top box. Video picture quality is very bad (macro bock & glitches are coming on most of the channel). channel are overlaping each other, when i talk to their customer care which is on hatway site (regarding this). I found that Number is invalid. Service is very worst.
