Cant find a worse service than hathway

Hi am a customer from choolaimedu in chennai

i gave my box for service .its been nearly a month or more still i never got it back i contacted hathway people many times. Everytime they say that they ll give it the next day but never turned back .when i spoke to a hathway person last he gave lame reason that they had only 1 service engg and he too is fallen sick, this is worse then a response from a kindergarten kid i wanted to contact the higher official but never got any mail address in their site i dont where customers would raise there complaint when you cant contact them.this is a worse service in both, the product service and customer care.
