Frequent disconnection

Dear Concerned Team,

I have taken a pre paid connection of hathway acnt no: 444530. I am facing regular connectivity problem since last two weeks. Whenever I call the customer care they say area down. They always give a common complaint no. C12280342.

My latest complaint no is 2649856.

Hathway does not know the meaning of broad band. Let me tell them that broad band means always connected.

With this forum I request the concerned team to give me satisfactory services. I want complete resolution to my problem.
