Hathway digital cable
Not providing set top box even after 1 month of payment

I had subscribed to hathway digital cable from sai star cable in kandivali east area starting 1st august.they didn't provide the set top box saying it is unavailable & install in 8 days, where as people in our building have got the box on the first day. It is now above months period but still settop has not been installed, when contacted the cable operator doesn't give satisfactory answers. Plz look into this matter & take proper action.
