Internet not working (bad service)

I HAVE TAKEN INTERNET SERVICE FROM HATHWAY internet service but not working for last two month only connect for one or two hour in a day and rest of day always shows massager UNABLE TO CONTACT SERVER.

I HAVE DONE SO many complaint . but the person (dealer not attending well)

Dealer name is KP MOBILE NO 9350774762 AND LAND LINE NO IS 01165291171

Now i wanted to back my montly charges rs-550/- for two months and security deposit rs-1700/-

please take action the said service provider
