Sending bills even after service discontinued

This is to put on record that even after informing Hathway internet service provider through phone and e-mail about termination of service at the end of May 09 and even after surrendering the modem and adaptor to their executive, they are issuing fraudulent internet bills till last month (ie September 09).

My account with Hathway when I was their customer is 432829.
