Be Careful with this Service Provider

I have applied for a new internet connection (18-July-09) for which an

amount of Rs.770/- has been deducted from my account.

As the connection was not possible in that area i applied for a refund

on 6th-Aug-09.I have called the concerned department number of

times (9948525273) but the guy doesn't pick up the phone. I have contacted the office in Hyderabad also. Still a similar response from them too.
