Fooling consumers on Unlimited plan

Dear sir,

Myself Tejas chaudhari from bhandup [w] would like to bring to your notice that m a regular customer of Hathway from the past 3 yrs. and using the Thruway 64 Plan. for which m paying 3, 000 rs. half yearly...

Now when i recharged this plan again 2 mnths back THERE WAS NO INTIMATION FROM HATHWAY REG NEW PLANS HAVE COME, as a result of which m paying the same 3, 000 rs half-yearly for 64kbps... Whereas they r now selling 128 kbps connection for 450 rs/month which comes to approx... 2700 taxes...

Now they say tht m a prepaid customer and so they wont be adjusting me in the new plan.

My plan is getting expired in the month of November.

My Account number is 76854 registered in the name of V.T. Chaudhari ...[ my dad ]

Kindly look into the matter please.
