Language change

My name is Rehana S K. I am a resident of Ankleshwar. My complaint is about the language change in the set top box. The time when I had purchased it languages could be changed for a couple of days. But after sometime the language was permanent of Hindi. I need to know that if there is an option of language then why can't be it changed???

Hathway set box is ridiculous.
