Connectivity closes while usning and is very slow against 1 MBPS speed as promised by Hathw@y

Dear Sir,

I have taken a broadband connection at Hyderabad (A.P.)from above company on 1st Set 2008 and my consumer no. is 354798. I paid Rs1124/- for a period of four months.

Right from the day of installation the internet connection is not working properly and so far i made four complaints to their customer service no. apart from sneding mail with detailed complaint. Till date they have not corrected the problem or send any service personnel to check/correct the problem. The latest complaint no. registered today is 2110643 . Every time they are promising that the problem will be resolved in 24hrs but nothing happened till date.

I am suffering a lot due to this as i could neither go for an alternate connection nor use this existing one.
