Poor support services of Havells Fans

Hi,

I am Indu Singhal. I purchased two Ceiling fans (Flamingo Model) from I.K.Sons (Bhagirath Palace) on 10th May08. The warranty of Havells Ceiling Fans is two years. But I got a very bad experience in support and services being provided by Havells service centres.

I am facing problem in both the Havells Fans (One fan is not working and another one is making lot of noise while running). I had logged the call with their service centre (Saurabh Enterprises - Havells service provider in Ghaziabad) around 20 days back, but nobody has attended the call yet. I am regularly calling on their phones, but they are turning deaf ears to my complaint.

Now I have no other solution, but to resort on local electrician to rectify the problem of my both the ceiling fans.
