Havells double tube set
The plate which holder is fixed is sub standard

Sir,

I have puchased 55 nos double tube set of your company as per store puchase rule from m/s. Electoro tech Industries, Cochin on 27.02.09 and payment is also given. But at the time of fixing it on street lines, the KSEB authorities noticed and reported that the metal plate which bears the holder is weak so that the tube can not be fixed. Soon we contacted the havells executive mr. sandeep (09847087070) and he assured that he will do necessary arrangements to rectify the defect. BUT STILL HE DIDN'T RECTIFIED THE COMPLAINT . hope you will treat this as urgent matter as far as this complaint is from a govt. office
