We acquire a business in marketing of Electric goods, And thus have been the distributors of havell's fans and CFL (compact florescent lamp) since last 4 YEARS.

The company gave a guarantee period of 1 year in CFL's, in which the average replacement which came was approx 20 to 22%.

Than all of a sudden havell's India Ltd.

made an aggressive decision, of removing the entire guarantee without any prior notice to any of the distributors.

And when asked for the replacement of the sold goods, we were told that they will accept only 7% of replacements, where else the total replacement of CFL's is 22%.

SO SIR, I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME FURTHER SUGGESTIONS, AND TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT.
