Legal action against Builde

Hi,

I am one of the resident of Sai Paragon Meadows apartment in Bangalore in BEML Layout, Brookefields. Our Builder, SRI HAVI SAI PROJECTS propreiter has duped us on many of the promised facilities in the apartment and washed off his hands for all liabilities he created, which is troubling all of the apartment people. His name is Balakrishna Reddy and we also came to know that he is building another apartment in Padmavathi nagar in Tirupati.

I would request someone to guide how to file legal case against him and what is the procedure. We want him to drag to court and put behind bars and resolve all issues he created for us or else pay to residents so that society can take action on all the pending items.
