Scheme Pending Past 3.5months

We are a dealer of Household appliance and Kitchware. We made a deal with Hawkins India Ltd. for Cookers and Non Stick Material for a value of Aprox. 1.9Lacs in the month of November.

They took the complete payment in advance.

The company had given a scheme at that time in which they were supposed to give some FOC material

when the the scheme closes.

The scheme closed in January. Till date inspite of Numerous calls they are not giving a definate date on which they will remburse the scheme, Each month they say they will clear it in next month and leave it to Auditors who are out of reach of us.
