Sub: Servicing of HP Note book- Pending defects.

I purchased a V3256TU notebook Model No R2896PA with serial No: 2CE70815JN on 3-5. For the heating and battery problem I deposited the note book three times after purchase to the vendor M/s Balakrishna Computer Systems at Erode. The complaint what I mentioned was not setright on all the three occasions. When I made a bitter complaint about the servicing of a note book he directed me to deposit in person at M/s Maha Electronics Pvt Limited, Coimbatore to apprise the defects. As such I had a trip to Coimbatore and deposited the note book at M/s Maha Electronics Pvt Ltd, on 15-04 and left a written note with them about the defects of the note book. That was the fourth time I made over the note book for service. After about one and a half month time i.e on 26-05 the note book was returned stating that the defects were setright. But I observed the heating and told that to the front end executive. Dissatisfied with the attention and service I had taken back the note book. Then I registered a complaint in the HP site vide Ref No: CCHSAP145328. I was contacted over phone by the executive with reference to the complaint and was asked to make over the note book again to Mr. Manikandan, Engineer at M/s Maha Electronics Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore. As such I met Mr, Manikandan on 11-06 and on investigation he observed mother Board fault and told that would be rectified. On 04-07 again the note book was returned stating that the problem was setright. But I observed the abnormal heating problem. i.e the bottom portion of note book cannot be touched after 5 to 10 minutes from the moment the note book is on. Therfore I request to address me how I could get the defect is setright. The defect I pointed out has been persisting right from the purchase?

The money I spent for HP brand note book totally a waste.

Why the company takes the hard earned money of the people without any attention of after sales service? I need to be addressed for this complaint. I hope justice will be rendered on service front in HP
