Non availability of provident fund numbe

To whom it may concern...

respected sir i was the employee of h.d.f.c. bank under hbl global pvt. limited for almost 7 months i.e. from november to may.i firstly i am thankful to the hbl company for giving me all the outstandings till date but mean time my provident fund number has not been yet isuued by the company neither in the salary silps nor in any letter sent by the company.

i have several times told to my boss about that matter (i.e.mr gurdeep singh sodhi or ever mr urfan afzal).both have sent several mails on your disposal but no response have been given yet.the p/f form has been sent by the company several monts ago but due to the non availability of my provident account number it is not possible for me to sent the said form back to you.

dear sir, please tell me exactly what should i do now so that my provident fund amount should be released as soon as possible.please send me e-mail on my e-mail address i.e.muzzammilshafie@yahoo.co.in
