Pf amount not received yet

I had worked with ur co. more than 1.5yrs from Feb aug But i can't get my pf amount till now. So many times i had words with Mr. Manish Mayank (sales manager) but all in vain. My emplyee code was S18863. Should i take any legal action or i will get revert for the same. All fomalities for PF withdrawl from my side is completed and already forwarded to hbl global pvt. ltd.
