Egarding salary & p.f

Sir/maa'm,

I worked in this company abt 7 months. I resigned this company in the month of feb.but still i won't get my salary of the month of jan.my p.f amount is also pending for this reason.i have also some outstanding bills.i'm in trouble.i have reminded my HR a lot of time but he won't responding in a proper way always saying that u will get it it but even six month crossed i won't get my salary right now.waht should i do.my Emp. code is S29197.
