My HCL computer stopped working one month ago for which i have 2 years AMC. They have provided us wrong telephone nos.. I made a complaint through internal Sources. After fifteen days engineer made the visit. He did not write the further action on the consumer slip. when i enquired they were talking in a rude manner. Mr. Harinder Singh of HCL is not listening to my complaints and donot attend my telephones. I have already paid them Rs. 3600 for 2 AMC. Please suggest what i will do now?
