DEAR SIR,

I PURCHASED ONE HCL BEANS TALK IN JULY AT HOME. AFTER EXPIRY OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, I GOT THE WARRANTY EXTENDED FOR FURTHER PERIOD OF 2 YEARS TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND AGAINST ANY SORT OF PROBLEM IN MY PC.

I WAS NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM FROM HCL UP TILL LAST OF 2007. BUT SINCE MARCH THE HCL SUPPORT STAFF HAS MADE ME FEEL AS IF I HAVE DONE ANY BLUNDER BY OBTAINING THE AMC FROM HCL.

ON 11.03.08 I MADE ONE COMPLAINT WITH HCL SUPPORT ON PHONE NO 951202425465 FOR NON WORKING OF MY MOUSE AND THE CD ROM. COMPLAINT NO GIVEN WAS 1138003/00. I WAS ASSURED BY THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED THE CALL THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE REDRESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

TO MY SURPRISE, NO PERSON FROM HCL CAME FOR REPAIR OF MY PC TILL 19.03.08 INSPITE OF MY CONSTANT FOLLOW UP. EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE CONCERNED PERSON TO TALK, EVERY TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED NOT TO TELL THE CONTACT Nos OF THEIR SENIORS. ULTIMATELY, I GOT THE NUMBER FROM THE SITE AND REQUESTED ONE SH SHUBHAM AT HIS MOBIL No 9810177226. HE ASSURED ME THAT HIS ENGINEER WILL CONTACT ME. THAN SOME BODY CONTACTED ME AT MY MOBILE ON PERHAPS 19.03.08 AND MY PC WAS REPAIRED ON 21.03.08 APPRX AFTER 10 DAYS.

AGAIN I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH HCL ON ABOVE TELE NO FOR THE PROBLEM IN THE SOFTWARE IN MY PC. COMPLAINT NO WAS 1938003/00 ON 07.04.08. AGAIN THE SAME ASSURANCE OF REDRESSEL WITHIN 48 HOURS AND AGAIN IT TOOK ALMOST ONE WEEK FOR REDRESSEL.

NOW AGAIN I LODGED ONE COMPLAINT ON 09.08.08. I WAS INFORMED THAT MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED ON 21.07.08 AND I WAS INFORMED THAT IT HAS TO BE GOT EXTENDED. ONE PERSON FROM YOUR OFFICE CAME TO ME FOR THE COLLECTION OF AMOUNT OF Rs 3800/- FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE WARRANTY. THE COMPLAINT WAS ALSO LOCKED ON THAT VIDE COMPLAINT NO 098080150. WHEN I INFORMED THE CONCERNED PERSON (Mr AMIT) THAT I HAD FACED A LOT OF PROBLEM SINCE MARCH IN THIS REGARD, HE INFORMED ME THAT NOW THEY HAVE REVAMPED THEIR SYSTEM FROM AUGUST AND MY COMPLAINT WILL BE REDRESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

TO MY SURPRISE, TILL TODAY I.E. 13.09.08 AT 4.00 PM NO PERSON HAS BOTHERED TO REDRESS MY COMPLAINT. EVERY TIME THE SAME REPLY IS GIVEN FROM HCL SUPPORT STAFF THAT SOME BODY WILL BE COMMING TODAY OR TOMORROW.

SIR, MY CHILDREN ARE SCHOOL/COLLEGE GOING AND NEED THE COMPUTER IN WORKING ORDER EVERY TIME TO COMPLETE THEIR SCHOOL/COLLEGE PROJECTS. NOW, DUE TO THESE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE TO LOOK HERE AND THERE REQUEST OTHERS FOR THE HELP.

SIR, IS IT THE TREATMENT THE HCL SUPPORT STAFF IS GIVING TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER OBTAINING AMC. ONE GET AMC FOR THE MENTAL PEACE. BUT PERHAPS, THE HCL, HAS FORGOTTEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I AM WRITING YOU THE MAIL AFTER LOT OF MENTAL AGONY AND HARASMENT AS MY CHILDREN FOR WHOM I PURCHASED THE SYSTEM, HAVE AGAIN TO LOOK HERE AND THERE FOR THE SCHOOL/ COLLEGE PROJECT WORK.

I THEREFOR AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO GET MY SYSTEM REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY AND INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED STAFF TO ENSURE REDRESSEL OF COMPLAINTS OF EVERY BODY WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME OF 48 HOURS.
