Internet port not working

Subject: Repaire of PC Machine No. A03PAQ044898

Sir,

I lodged a complain over phone in your Bhubaneswar Service Centre (Aryan) about one month back as the internet port was not working in my above PC. Your technician visited my house and told to come latter as some parts needed replacement. Thereafter I called 4/5 times but no result/response. Again I lodged complain (NO.8467) on 28/08. Nobody yet attended the complain. I have paid Rs.3800/- vide Invoce No. HSP/000570 dated Nov 1 to wards two yrs warrenty.

In this circumstances, I request you either attend the complain early or refund my money. Otherwise I will go to the consumer court for necessary legal recourse. I attached the scanned copy of the said invoice for ready reference.
