Cheque not received

My name is Ashutosh Kumar Sharma and i worked in HCLBPO technologies ltd. from 6th sep 2006 to 13th may. I was promised that my Full n Final will processed within 30 days and i will get my Full n Final cheque within 45 days. But nothing happened on time. I was without any job for more than 3 months and it really very tough time to meet my daily expenses and take care of my family. Also i had some other financial commitments which was not met by me because i was totally broke. There was a ray of hope that i will get some money from HCL which i deserved. But nothing happened and till date i am waiting for my cheque. Every time I call HCL HR and i get a lame excuse that it is in process and i will be updated within next week. Because of this false promise i had gone through a lot of inconvenience and frustation. And I believe that I should be compensated for the harrassment caused by HCLBPO Technologies Ltd. And also i should get the pending amount. Please help me.
