Complaint not attended since 20 days

I lodged a complaint at HCL Help Desk on 10th December at tel_no 95120-2425465 regarding No Display problem in TFT Monitor of my HCL PC which I purchased on 12.03.2008.

On 12.12.2008 an engineer came to see the Monitor and assured that somebody from the service centre will come on 15-12 to replace the TFT Monitor. Till date nobody has turned up to attend the complaint TILL DATE i.e.30-12.The Details of my complaint and PC are as follows:
