HCL
Non receipt of my order of Desktop compute

I have purchased two computer from HCL at their sale on December 24 & 26 2008 and paid them full amount of Rs. 60000.00. At the time of booking I have been told that I will receive my computer within 4-5 days after booking. Even after so many follow ups by phone as well as personally contact with their Sector 11 office I still have not received my full order yet.

Whenever I contacted HCL person I have been given a name to coordinate, with assurance that your complaint will be resolved latest by tomorrow.

I am still struggling to solve my problems. This is the worst customers dealing company I have ever faced.

Please let me where and how should I register my official complaint against HCL. Can I register my complaint than I hereby register my complaint against HCL?
