TFT Monitor given for replacement still not delivered back even after 3 months by HCL Team

We have purchased an HCL TFT and the same got faulty after 2-3 months of usage. When given back to HCL Authorized Service Center for repair/replacement, the same is still not repaired/replaced by HCL team even after 3 months of depositing. The breif about our communication with HCL officials is given under,

Is it like that your SECOND COMMITMENT to deliver our product which was deposited at HCL's Service Center about 3 months back is again FAILED??

Should the matter be taken to legal forum??
