DVD Rom is not working properly and the monitor had came death spot

I Bought computer from imperial-technologies at wazirpur. The owner of the imperial - technologies change the place. When i call the HCl they does-not pick phone. I am tired to pick my call andmy problem is my DVD -Rom is not working properly and the monitor had came death spots... My CPU serial number is && 3087 7AZ 152436
