Faulty Laptop

I have purchased a laptop from HCL one year back from Noida shop. Right from the day of its purchase, it is continously causing problem. Many times, i have submitted it to service centre but every time it strat creating trouble. I doubt this is the one of the defective piece from the chunk company produces. Now, its AMC is soon going to be over. I want this laptop to be replaced with newone.
