I purchased a desk top computer Model Ezeebee AZ 001112 with sr.no.3097A2134793 in May from M/s Cyber Cafe, GH 14 Pachim Vihar. A problem occurred about 20 days back and the computer is not getting on. The computer is under warranty. Since last 20 days I have been trying to lodge a complaint with HCL to rectify the fault. The telephone nos. given for lodging complaints are 46142680 - 84. But the number either remained busy or no one picks up. I also lodged my complaint about a week ago with HCL HO Noida on tele. No.0120-2520977. They assured me that a call back will be received by me. Till date I am waiting for the same.
Finally on 7.8.2009 I could able to lodge my complaint at tel. No.46142680 with complaint No.088090051 but still neither any call is received by me from the Engineer nor any person came to rectify the facult.
I don't how the such big name companies functions. From your forum I want to draw the attention of the company to take some urgent action.
