Epair of BC buddy

Respected Sir,

On request by me your CE Mr. Bhup Singh is come at my CSC Basai on 18 Aug for repair of PC buddy Ser No 1086A 4109092 and Keyboard, mouse, but repaire of these items was not possible at CSC, so he give me a customer call slip No 207574 date 17 Aug (Copy attached with mail) and all these items he bring with our self.

Now one month gone but my bc buddy is not repair and not received tilldate regarding this matter i call to customercare and Mr. Punit time to time, but is in vain.

Sir, in this period i have loss of money Rs 20, 000/ (Rupees twenty thousand) without PC buddy. At least may i request to you please take a early action on it and return the same otherwise i take help of consumer court.
