Laptop problem

My name is kuldeep singh. i m the student of hcl cdc, sector-8, F-1, i m doing mcse and ccna from march. As per there comitment they promised to me that they wil proved me a laptop in 15 days, after ful payment of course. they provide a laptop after 6 month but the problem is that provided laptop is not workink properly, it is totally useless for me. i want replace this laptop, still they are not taking any action regarding to my complaint.
