My fee is not refunding

Dear sir,

I am surender saini from Charkhi dadri (haryana). I joined HCL CDC Hisar (haryana) in july for networking course of combo pack. I attented only three or four classes in this center. I deposited 12500 rs. for first Instalment. Then I got admission in b.tech. so I could not complete my course. Then I wanted to get refund my fee. But the members of hcl cdc hisar are giving excuses me from last one year. They always say that we will refund your fee in next month or next week

But now They are saying we can't refund your fee. So I am requesting you to help me for refund my fee. Please do me needful and reward me as soon as possible.

My 1st fee receipt no. is :-159246 for 1000rs.

2nd fee receipt no.is :- 196354 for 11500rs...

And My Registration no. is :- 5420709700 combo.
