Computer shuts down frequently & no repair done by HCL

I bought the HCL computer (EZEEBEE TOP T991 PDC) from one of the dealer of HCL. the computer shutsdown frequently and i have lodged complaint many times & three times technician from HCL came & informed everything is working normal. The immediate next day the computer shutsdown & does not come up as has been the case. HCL engineers takes no action to resolve & company is least interested for customers' problem.
