Not Delivered

I have purchased a HCL computer set on 09-11 from old madras road, big bazzar, bangalore but till today (22nd Nov'07)

i have not been delivered the product. I have calling them everyday 10-12 times & everyday they are telling that the same will be delivered today, but in vain. Talked to the manager Santosh that he will pay back the money on 21st nov'07 but nobody turned up.

This is the most worst experience i had in my life. Hope the customer service should improve & they should not harass the customer who is paying first & not getting delivery afterwards.
