HCL core 2 duo Laptop
My laptop adaptor get burnt

Esp. sir,

i purchased hcl core 2 duo laptop from hcl dealer vivid solutions, kalyan (W). on 17/10 at Rs.36500.

my bill No.20081003. but after two weeks some sort of noise came out from adaptor and it get burnt out,

i talk to the dealer they told me that they will replace the adaptor, so i hand over to them.but after one month they didn't

replaced it, when i called them they told me that u had to buy new adaptor.so i talked to consumer forum they told me

"to talk to the dealer and wait for one week, they had to replace it as it is under warranty period, if not then u complaint

to comsumer board".will u tell me what to do please?
