HCL Desktop AZ 1076
Cheated by sales team, no action by HCL

I purchased a desktop for Rupees 20000/- from the annual sale at HCL corporate office in Noida. The computer was delivered on 31st December but it was delivered without DVD player in it At the sale counter I was told that the computer would have the DVD writer in it. But when delivered it neither had cd writer nor DVD writer.

After lodging the complaint a DVD writer was delvered but against cash of rupees 1300/-.

This is a clear act of cheating and shows that the company's value is not worth rupees 1300/- even. Now I request senior officials to intervene and get my my money back.

The company is selling their model AZ1096 of highr configuration for Rupees 23490/- with DVD writer whereas I was given a computer of lower configuration and without DVD writer for Rupees 20, 000/- which clearly indicate that they have ditched me. And after sending lots of mail they just got the DVD writer delivered to me thorugh a dealer and charged Rupees 1300/-
