Hcl desktop
Not Working

Dear Sir,

I bought the HCL desktop seven months ago from hcl show room, nehru place. Its having some problems in that because it's not working properly and I had already made complaints regarding the same but havn't get the response yet so i am very disappointed about all this. Nobody's giving me the right soltution and i had called on coutomer service center also. I always calls to your support centre but it seems always busy. My computers serial ID is: 7087AZ003820.

So plz short out my problem as soon as posible.
