Unable to Log a complaint

I purchased an HCL Desktop on 02/05 from Max Computers NOIDA. The start button stopped working on 12/05. I tried to call the nos given in the warranty card, none of them logged a complaint, but each gave another no. I am yet to lodge a complaint!!! I also sent an email, no acknowledgement recd as yet from that end too. It is pathetic that a company like HCL does not have a proper consumer grievanced addressal system in place.
