DVD not reading

I purchased a HCL Desktop on 20th July from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. Since last three months its DVD drive is not reading DVDs and giving problem in writing a CD also. I lodged a complaint with the Reliance during the M/o May. One engineer visited my house and found the DVD is having some problem and assured that it will be sorted out either by the HCL company or by them but since then no one visited. Since last 15 days i am daily making complaints over phone. All the time i am being assured that engineer will visit me on the day but no one is visiting.

I am really fad-up with the services they are providing to their customers. I think Reliance Managing committee is not having any control over their employees.

My last complaint number is 8000327752 lodged on 28/6.
