No response on the Compalins registered at the customer care

Sir,

I am a local resident of delhi residing at Satbari, Mehrauli and have a desktop which has an extended warranty. I have lodged complains many a times. but every time they give me a complain no. and no visit is made by any engineer. they say that we will get a call in a day or two but i have not recd. any call till date. The customer care is also so pathetic hat nobody picks up the phone or else it is busy all the time. When a call is connected to the Department nobody gives response and the call gets disconnected all the time. Its been almost 2 months that i am trying to call them to my place for the problem in the computer but they haven't paid any attention to that. The last complain no. given to me was 148090142 on 3rd August and i had a chat with Mr. Joseph there. they sais that i will get a call from engineer in 2 days. I haven't recd. any call from them till date. I really feel sorry for such a bad service and warn the company that if strict action is not taken asap i will drag them to consumer court and will take a strict action towards them.
