For the last more than month I lodged a complaint at your Service center at green park on 06-08-09 on phone no.011-46142680 regarding problem in TFT Monitor & Keyboard of my HCL PC after approx 15 days an engineer named Vinay visit my place but said that he did not repair monitor and assured that some body with in three or four days will come and replace the monitor but till date no person has turned up to visit my place, I have call several times at your call center & also at Corporate office but there is no response. They give me the Phone nos of there service manager's named Mr. Kapil Arora (09871116405) & Mr. Neeraj Srivastava (09810376691) I call them hundred of times but both of them did'nt pick my phone. I have taken the Extended Warranty of two years from you & now I think it is of no use. The details of my Complaint & PC are:
