This is a complaint regarding the electriccity board of saharanpur and its substation situated in ITI delhi road chunety they are taking bribe from sugar mills and transfering the power of sheikhpura qudeem to sugar mills and after talking the officer they are saying who r u,

we are a reputed villagers of the Sheiklhpura Qudeem
