Changing of defected product in warranty period

I purchased pc at 24.03.08 and I got many problem. 2 motherboard and a hard disk had changed.

It is giving many problem day by day. Machine serial no.2084AZ325894 hcl desktop ezeebee.

I reported service center many times but system’s problems was not completely removed.

So I told for replace this defected piece to service center incharge (Ajay). But center incharge did not change the defected piece.

My last complaint no.is ISPJPR-120808558 on 14.08.08 that is not solved till now.

No one is giving CEO’s no. of hcl company.

So, I want new pc otherwise I will take action through the CONSUMER’S COURT of India. Reply me following address :
