No response on complaint till 24 days

I have some problem with sound in my pc. I complaint on 4 sept. 2009 by phone. The person receive my call told me that engineer visit me on 7 sept. 2009 (Monday). But there is no one came even after one week.

After some days my Pc also stop working, I again call there and I got the same reply that engineer visit next day. But no one came. I call them many times but got the same reply. No engineer visit me till after 24 days of my complaint.
