Keyboard not working properly

I have purchased a HCL Desktop PC one week before, but its keyboard not working properly, its ctrl, delet, upper numeric button (5) & (6), page up and down buttons are not working properly. I have lodged a complaint against this problem to HCL customer care NOIDA. Four days before a call came by Mr Harender he told me to solve the problem within 24 to 48 hours after that one more came from HCL, Paundicheri in which they have asked me to check the setting of keyboard and mouse and they told me that the problem of keyboard. Now six days passed no one came to solve the above problem, yesterday I again inquire about this, they answered that they make a visit before 6pm. Could you please make a inquiry about this, why they making so late.
