Service Problem

I bought HCL PC Model- Ezee Bee, Serial No- B077AZ07957 from Relaince Digital on 16th march, 08. Its not working from June, 08. After various calls my call got connected with HCL customer care on July 1st. They given me ticket number-ticket no- 027080108. Till date my P>C is sitting ideal. i am making calls to them they are telling me we have forwarded your request. i am sending mails but no one responding. Please help me out. Let me know how to proceed to froward this case to Consumer Forum.
