Poor service and bad manner of company

Sir,

We have purchased a EPABX system from HCL Infinet Ltd., Bhubaneswar. Within six months the system was out of order. Repeatedly we informed to the supplier. They send their engineer who came asked some money for his own pocket. As the system was within the warranty period we didn't agree to pay any money to him. In response he collected the manual from us and locked the system with password for which we are unable to repair it by other engineers. Then he went telling us he will come with some spare parts on some other day and didnot turned back after repeated telephone call. Whenever we call him he misbehaving us with filthy language. We are completely harassed and informing you a great hope for getting proper judgment.
