FAULTY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AT THE SERVICE CENTERS

Well, I'd bought the hcl leaptop model k 28 whose serial no. is A074AX175330 laptop around one and a half year before.there was some problem in laptop due to which the battery of the laptop was not getting charged. Moreover the light on the charger was also blinking. So i took the laptop to all the way to HCL Authorized Service Centre:
SCO 2453-2454, Sector 22 C, Chandigarh.
which is around 300 kms away from my place. The employees of that service centre took the laptop, and asked me to come the next day. As i went there, they returned my laptop and told me that the issue has been resolved. They charged me Rs. 1655-/ as the service charges. Later that day i was again having some problems in starting the laptop and as iwas staying in chd only for that day i again went to the service centre and asked them about the problem, which they readily said was only due to the virus. But after formatting my whole laptop i am still having the same problem, which the dealer from whom i'd bought the laptop is saying is the hardware problem. You guys are asked to resolve this matter as soon as possible or otherwise i'll be left with no other option thn going to the consumer forum court.
